Custom Vespa 50N

Based on an original Vespa 50 N, this Vespa conversion was created in our workshop on behalf of a customer.
The conceptual goal of the project was to create a smallframe racer with a powerful yet practical engine.
To build an engine and a chassis appropriate to the engine's power output - visually and in terms of other features and equipment details, the Vespa 50N should be kept rather simple.
We opted for an engine tuning concept based on a Parmakit W-Force cylinder with 153ccm in conjunction with our in-house Smallframe Evo racing exhaust and Keihin PWK 35 carburetor - with the corresponding modifications and adjustment of the valve timing, a very powerful, early-acting engine setup with a broad powerband and more than enough peak power was created - 22Nm of torque at only 7000 rpm and a slightly pronounced resonance dip guarantee a touring-friendly riding characteristic.
On the chassis side, a Cosa Superlow fork with our Vespa disc brake with 4-piston caliper and radial mounting was incorporated - solid, stable road holding even at higher speeds and deceleration values ​​like those of a modern sports motorcycle make the Custom Vespa 50N a true racer.
In this case, we also handled the entire paintwork ourselves and carried it out in our workshop - ovatrol-based magic paint with appropriate preparation gives the Vespa a unique rawstyle look.
