Custom Vespa Rally 200

The original Vespa Rally 200 was completely disassembled and rebuilt from the ground up in our workshop. The goal of this Vespa restoration was to largely preserve the original appearance of the Rally 200 while incorporating technical upgrades and a practical Vespa tuning setup.
The original Vespa engine was fitted with a Malossi Sport cylinder kit, a Vespatronic ignition system and a Scooter & Service Newline S racing exhaust in stainless steel, the wiring harness and electrics were completely renewed and adapted to the new 12 volt alternator.
The Vespa chassis now works with a modified PK fork with semi-hydraulic Grimeca disc brake and high-quality shock absorbers; the Schwalbe Raceman tires complete the chassis upgrade.
