Custom Vespa VNA 125

The Vespa VNA 125 arrived in our workshop in its original condition with patinated original paintwork - the aim of this project was to convert the entire technology, including electrics, chassis and engine, to a contemporary level with high everyday value, while preserving the original look and, above all, the Vespa's original paintwork as much as possible.
The engine design is based on a Vespa PX 200 engine, which has been equipped with a Malossi 210 Sport cylinder kit, Pinasco long-stroke crankshaft and Pinasco SI 26 carburetor.
In combination with our new Vespa racing exhaust Newline S Plus, this results in very powerful performance from a standstill - the Vespa accelerates completely smoothly and without any resonance dip even from the lowest engine speeds, the maximum torque of almost 26Nm is already available at 5500rpm - all this at the noise level of an original Vespa PX 200.
The chassis of the Vespa VNA was fitted with a Cosa Superlow fork and our Vespa disc brake with radial 4-piston caliper and is now beyond any doubt.
Perhaps the most elaborate aspect of this custom Vespa was the modification of the fender: The original Vespa fender was first adapted and modified to the Superlow concept and then, in our Vespa workshop, refinished with various layers of paint to match the look of the original, aged paint.
