Bodywork project from our Vespa workshop: We repaired a badly damaged Vespa Sprint body and, in the process, converted it to a wheelbase that was approximately 70mm longer and increased the trail. The side panels and rear section were modified to fit a BFA 306cc engine – a Scooter & Service seat-mounted fuel tank with a capacity of approximately 13 liters completes this tuning project.
Besides our custom Vespa SLS 300, which is currently still under construction, this is the second project aimed at improving straight-line stability at high speeds.
