Short-stroke throttle grip Scooter & Service 90° CNC

CNC-machined short-stroke throttle grip with ball-bearing pulley and 90° cable guide, suitable for 22mm handlebar diameters. To use the short-stroke throttle grip, the original throttle tube must be replaced with a fixed conversion throttle tube, which also allows for the installation of a brake master cylinder for upgrading to a fully hydraulic Vespa disc brake. The Scooter & Service short-stroke throttle grip features an M10x1.25 thread for the cable adjustment screw – the adjustment screw can be selected as desired within the configurator.

Complete short-stroke throttle system, double ball-bearing mounted, including CNC grip sleeve with ball bearing, special aluminum throttle tube with mounting pin, CNC adjustment screw made of high-strength aluminum, and of course our CNC throttle grip with 90° cable guide. The Scooter & Service throttle system fits all Vespa handlebars with a 24mm tube diameter and is designed for use with a fully hydraulic Vespa disc brake with a handlebar-mounted master cylinder. Due to the ball bearing design of the throttle grip at the handlebar end, bar-end turn signals cannot be mounted when using this throttle system.
