Unique design
All Scooter & Service exhaust systems are completely in-house developments: From the calculation of the respective prototypes to extensive tests on our performance test bench, to the manufacture of the finished product and the manual production of the resonance exhaust systems, all processes take place in our own company.

The Scooter & Service exhaust systems are perfectly tailored to our in-house engine concepts and are used in almost all of our custom Vespa projects.
The system for Vespa PX engines with 244-265ccm is available in left-hand, right-hand or Curley designs and optionally with our proprietary noise reduction concept.

This is how a Vespa exhaust is made.
The development
All Scooter & Service exhaust systems are precisely calculated to match our engine designs and tested on our in-house test bench. The exhaust prototype is usually modified several times until the perfect version is found.
The segment set
We manufacture our exhaust systems from laser-cut individual segments to ensure the highest level of accuracy with regard to the underlying calculation.
Connecting the components
The individual exhaust segments are rolled and bent by hand - then we first assemble the respective sub-assemblies.
TIG welding work
All segments and assemblies are now completed using the TIG welding process and prepared for final fitting to the vehicle.
Vehicle modifications
Adapting the systems to the vehicle and attaching the brackets is the final step in our production chain.
Completed systems
Finished - a high degree of manual work and technical know-how is required before a Scooter & Service exhaust system is delivered.
