Quattrini M200 engine for Vespa Smallframe

Description

The M200 engine concept from manufacturer Quattrini is based on a specially developed engine casing for accommodating the large-volume Quattrini 200cc cylinder, which is constructed to be significantly more stable overall compared to the original Vespa Smallframe casing and has a wider crankcase that can accommodate the Quattrini crankshaft with extra-wide crank webs, which is also produced in small series.
The exceptionally high performance potential of the 200cc smallframe engine already allows for power outputs of 30hp at the rear wheel within our engine concept designed for broad range and rideability with noise-dampened Curley exhaust and 28mm carburetor; with the flow-optimized Quattrini M200 S cylinder, a further 10 to 15 percent increase in power is achieved.
Due to the wider crankcase, the Quattrini 200cc engine extends further to the right overall, so the right side panel should be widened.
